
In a glass bowl combine your brown sugar, flour cinnamon, oats, and salt. Stir with a spoon and then cut in butter using a hand mixer or upright mixer unitl the mixture is crumbly. Set the bowl aside.
Measure out 5 cups of peeled, pitted, and sliced peach. Place fruit in a 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle your crumble mixture over fruit. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes or until fruit tests done with a fork. Serve warm with ice cream.
