Easy Peach Cobbler Recipe

Serves 8

In a 6” x 9” glass dish melt the butter. In another bowl mix flour, sugar and baking powder with milk. Mix until the mixture is smooth and then add the drained peaches. Pour this mixture over the melted butter and bake for 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees. The top should be golden brown when done. Enjoy!

• 1 stick butter
• 1 cup flour
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
• 3/4 cup milk
• 1 large can sliced peaches, drained
